Housing Inspector - Public Housing and Section 8 Housing

Dickson Housing Authority (DHA) is seeking a qualified candidate for the full-time position of Housing Inspector. The primary purpose of the position is to conduct housing inspections in compliance with HUD guidelines. 

Experience/Education Requirements:

• A High School degree or GED equivalent is required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior inspection experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and negotiation skills, good organizational skills, detail-oriented
• Self-starter that can work independently to assure completion of daily work assignments
• HQS Certification and coordination training provided.
