A Message from the Executive Director

Welcome to our website -created to serve both Dickson Housing Authority & Waverly Housing Authority, managed by DHA.

Since our incorporation in 1967, Dickson Housing Authority has expanded to offer new housing programs and develop new properties.

As the needs of our residents have evolved, we continue to evolve as well in order to serve over 800 families within Dickson County.

I joined Dickson Housing in 1980 as a financial assistant, then was promoted to financial director before ultimately being appointed Executive Director in September 2019.

I understand that though our primary mission is to provide affordable housing, our residents deserve access to support services and opportunities to assist them in their journey toward self-sufficiency.

We are here to assist our Residents in securing those support services and facilitate opportunities for self-sufficiency.

I am pleased to provide this website - the latest technology to make communications from our agency quicker, easier, and more efficient.

Executive Director Announces Retirement

After forty-four years of service with Dickson Housing Authority, I have decided to retire as the Executive Director of Dickson Housing Authority.  It has been an honor to work alongside dedicated colleagues and to serve our community.

I am immensely proud of the accomplishments we have achieved together during my tenure, and I am confident that the organization will continue to thrive under new leadership. 

I look forward to witnessing the continued success and growth of Dickson Housing Authority from a new vantage point.
