NSPIRE Inspections Delayed for DHA

NSPIRE inspection standards are delayed for Dickson Housing Authority

HUD has announced the process for extending the use of Housing Quality Standards (HQS) within the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program. NSPIRE implementation date for Dickson Housing Authority has been extended to October 1, 2024. Dickson Housing Authority will continue to use HQS for inspections conducted from October 1, 2023, through September 30, 2024.
