2023 Annual Agency Plan and 5-Year CFP Action Plan

Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Dickson Housing Authority, the citizens of Dickson, and all persons interested, that the Housing Authority is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 Interim Rule to submit a Public Housing Annual Agency Plan and 5-year CFP Action Plan.

The 2023 Annual Agency Plan provides details about the Housing Authority's proposed development plans, administration and operational policies. The 5-Year Action Plan lists our proposed capital improvement plans for the upcoming fiscal years 2023-2027.

Prior to submission of the 2023 Annual Agency Plan and 5-Year CFP Action Plan to HUD, we are soliciting comments. We will be conducting a Public Hearing on June 27, 2023 at 11:00 AM, at the Dickson Housing Authority, 333 Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard, Dickson, TN 37055, to discuss the proposed plans. All residents are welcome to attend.

If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may submit written comments regarding these documents to Ms. Sherry Lynch, Executive Director, Dickson Housing Authority, 333 Martin Luther King Boulevard, Dickson, TN 37055. Written comments will be received through June 27, 2023.
