Carbon Monoxide Requirements

Carbon monoxide requirements are changing.

Be aware all units that receive Housing Assistance Payments through DHA will be required to have carbon monoxide detectors by December 27, 2022, as required by the state or local law, code, or other regulation. Please make the required changes to be in compliance by December 27, 2022.
